HOPE becomes our most powerful anchor in times of uncertainty. As we start a new week, I wanted to do my bit for the much needed encouragement to my peers and the sector in which we operate. ⬇️

The care sector thrives on diversity and choice, but the increasing burden of Employers' National Insurance contributions is pushing the industry towards monopolisation. This risks marginalising smaller, community-focused services that deliver finely tuned compassionate and personalised care.
